The products are fine, but the app is just slow, slow, slow. Pages take forever to load, and sometimes stuff in my cart just disappears out of nowhere. It’s really frustrating when I’m only trying to place a simple order

"Payment took a little longer, but worked eventually"
I tried making a payment on smytten.com and it took a bit longer than I expected. The first attempt failed, but thankfully no money was deducted, so I wasn't too worried. I’m guessing the site was just being a little slow or glitchy at that moment. Tried again and it went through the second time. Overall, it was okay, but the payment process could definitely be smoother.

"Finally Arrived on Time"

"Still Like the Brand, But the Prices Are Tough"
I’ve been sticking with this brand for a while because I genuinely like the quality and I’m comfortable with what they offer. That said, the prices are still high, and it’s getting harder to justify buying from them every time. I want to stay loyal, but I do find myself comparing cheaper options more often now.

"Good products, but the offers feel a little confusing"
I’ve used smytten a few times now the products have mostly been fine. But am I the only one who finds the offers a bit confusing sometimes? At first it looks like you’re getting a really good deal, and then during checkout, extra charges or conditions suddenly show up. It’s not a bad app at all, I just wish they were clearer upfront about what’s actually free and what isn’t

"Good for trying products without spending too much"
I’ve been using Smytten for a while it’s a nice way to try out different brands without paying for full-size products right away. They have a good mix, especially skincare, perfumes, and even some food items. As someone who checks prices before buying, I like that I can test things first and avoid wasting money on products that may not suit me. The only annoying part is that some good items go out of stock really fast. But overall, the options are decent and it feels worth using.

"Good app for trying products first"
I like using Smytten, mainly because it lets me try smaller packs before spending on the full-size product. The app is easy to use and I’ve found some really good stuff on here. My only issue is that a few popular products are out of stock way too often, which gets a bit ridiculous when you keep checking and they’re still unavailable. I just wish they would restock faster. Overall, still a good experience for me, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Smaller Than I Expected"
From what I remember seeing when I ordered it, I thought it would be a bit bigger. When it arrived, it felt really tiny for the price. It’s not terrible, but I don’t think I’d buy it again at that cost.

The site itself is fine and easy to use, but they keep sending offers over and over, which gets annoying after a few days. What makes it more confusing is that sometimes the email says one thing and the site seems to show another, so I wasn’t always sure what offer actually applied.

"Decent products, but support was frustrating"
The products themselves were okay, but dealing with customer support was annoying. I had an issue with my order and messaged them, but it took days to get a reply. I also had to chase them more than once, and even when they did respond, the answers weren’t very clear. Overall, the items are fine, but the support side really needs to be quicker and more helpful.

"Decent trial order, but packaging could be better"
I ordered a few trial items from Smytten and the delivery itself was fine. But the packaging felt just okay to me. The box was a little dented, and one of the products was moving around loose inside. Thankfully, nothing leaked or got damaged, so that was a relief. Still, I feel like they could add a bit more padding, right? Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I was expecting a little more care with the packing.

"Got my refund without losing sleep"
I had to cancel an order i was worried my money would get stuck or I’d have to keep chasing them for it. But smytten processed the refund in just a few days, which was a big relief. No unnecessary drama, no feeling like I lost money over a cancelled order. Happy with how smooth it was.

"The replacement ended up taking days…"
The replacement ended up taking days, which was really frustrating because the timing couldn’t have been worse. On top of that, support kept asking me the same questions over and over, so it felt like nothing was actually moving forward. Not a great experience.
